Tippy was bred by Jennifer 'Tootie' Jones in Lewisburg, WV. She won the ACPS Region III Yearling Futurity in 1997, and was sold the following year to a young rider. She competed at the upper levels in eventing, competed in the jumpers and participated in pony club, taking her rider through the 'B' rating. She sustained an injury that ended her upper level career, and through a series of events ended up with us in 2008.
Tippy gave us her first foal in 2011 and continued to consistently produce for us year after year. With the exception of 2013 when we were unable to get her bred due to issues with stallions, and 2018 when she unfortunately slipped her foal around 5-6 months, she carried and delivered top quality foals for us every year. And she was not a young mare, mind you! Her offspring have always been exceptional individuals, no matter the stallion. They have been incredibly marketable, and she has foals scattered from Eastern Canada, to Georgia, to California and Oregon, and all the way to Australia. Several of her foals are in training with upper level event riders, and she already has two daughters producing the next generation in reputed sport horse programs. There is no doubt that she will leave a mark, and we look forward to continuing here legacy with the foals we have retained.
Tippy delivered a big, healthy filly by Declan on April 15th, 2022 (Declan’s birthday!); her ninth foal. We are retaining her 2022 filly. She is officially retired and will enjoy a leisurely life as the queen bee for the rest of her days.
Our Foundation
We were fortunate to acquire Tippy in 2008 after she was retired from her riding career; she became the cornerstone of our breeding program.

Brambleridge Truth or Dare
2012 Bay Connemara Sport Horse mare by Salute the Truth. Exported to Canada. Owned by an Irish Sport Horse breeder.
Brambleridge Flex Ability
2014 Palomino Connemara Sport Horse gelding by Flexible. Exported to Australia. Owned a professional event rider, evented to the 1* level, now show jumping at 1.2 m.
Brambleridge Reflexion
2015 Chestnut Connemara Sport Horse mare by Flexible. Purchased by Starting Point Farm, as an eventing prospect, however an injury during foaling has prevented her from being competed. She is proving to be an exceptional broodmare!
BRS Dauntless Sparrow
2016 Bay Connemara Sport Horse mare by Epic Win. Purchased in-utero by an AA eventer on the West Coast. She evented successfully at the Novice level. She is now being ridden as a Hunter/Jumper.
Brambleridge Finn Sparrow
2017 Buckskin Halfbred Connemara colt by *TBS Declan Pondi. He was training for eventing, dressage and foxhunting when an injury ended his career.
