Est. 2010
Fade to Grey Farm was a long time dream that came to fruition in 2010 with the purchase of 33 acres of rolling hillside and timberland. The property is bordered by Bear Creek, and is surrounded by the Bear Creek Hounds' hunt territory.
The farm started as raw land, mostly timber, and was slowly developed into pasture, and a functional facility for breeding and training young horses. The 7-stall barn and house were completed in the spring of 2011, just in time to move the mares and foals in. Megan selected this piece of property because of it's proximity to the Bear Creek Hounds kennel, and because of the surrounding timber tracts and farm land laced with trails for riding and hunting.
Megan & Daniel married in 2021; Daniel has jumped into farm life and he and Megan have added new additions to the farm. They currently have laying hens, meat birds, turkeys, two American Guinea Hogs, a small herd of Katahdin sheep and three cows for producing grass-fed beef.
Margaret Rose joined the family in August of 2023.
